These wonderful eyeshadows can be worn both wet or dry - pick up the pigments on your brush, spritz a little water on it.  Using the dabbing makeup technique, dust the eye colour on your eyelids & see it yourself how vibrant it is!  For dry application, simply apply the eye colour on its own to give a more subtle look.  Frame the eye with black eyeliner to finish.  Go on.  TRY IT! You'll LOVE IT!
