ORDERING FROM US

STEP 1:
Email us your order using the following format:

-  contact no.

Product Details
-  product name
-  item code
-  colour
-  quantity
-  price/unit
-  mode of delivery  (a) Normal Mail or (b) Registered Mail

*  upon receiving order, we will advise you the total bill via email/SMS.

STEP 2:
Make your payment promptly within 48 hours and email us your transaction details:

Payment Notification
-  name
-  mailing address
-  bank name
-  transaction ref. no.
-  amount transferred
-  date of transaction


STEP 3:
After payment is confirmed, we will notify your order status and delivery date via email.


STEP 4:
Goods should reach you no longer than 5 working days from our last email to you.

DAMAGED GOODS

Please email us a picture of the damaged item within the same day of receipt and we will notify you whether item is valid for refund.

Refund does not include minor cracks/fallouts/scratches as these are unavoidable during postage.
